ETAIN!
Etain is a bright girl who lives in the forest with her family. She's perky, curious and warm all in one. She might seem like an ordinary little girl but in some ways her innocent exterior hides a personality, which in some ways is wise beyond her years. She's very fond of toast, jam and mushrooms
Azure's comments: Etain is named from a celtic legend ( Etain was of the fairy folk). The character came from Andy's sketch

1. Before I met Azure & Before Azure wrote JOL I was contemplating a animated film called
'Where angels dare to go'......
The Character that was to become Etain was just called 'Child' and was a robot!!!
The look of the film was to be all in Pen & Ink and was to have a sketchy feel..

2. As things progressed I decided to change the character into a normal human child (3 Variations)
that was lost ....along the way she encounters 'The cat in a Witches hat'
(More about this later^^).

3.Somehow....I don't really know why I sketched this pic of Pre-Etain one day at work the simple Melon head
Approach added 'Cuteness' to her look. I met Azure & She wrote JOL...as she did I developed Etain's look into
a more 'Anime' style.

4.(FINAL LOOK)
After doing tests & the Promo I decided that as I was the only one animating I needed to simplify the design
somehow ....I realized that having roughly 10 spikey drops from her hair was a thing that could cock up continuity later
on so I made it 3 large drops....It makes her look a bit more mature but it works with the characters higher upbringing.
